
Edwin P. Baldry, Managing Member - CEO Europe
Mr. Baldry co-founded the Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) in April of 2003. He has been responsible for the sales and relationship management of institutional money fund clients on the Eastern seaboard and the South. Ed has most recently spearheaded ICD's expansion in the UK and is splitting his time between our London office and the US.
Prior to ICD, Mr. Baldry served as Director of the Institutional Money Fund business at Deutsche Bank/Scudder from 1997. Over $13 Billion was raised under his leadership. His previous position was as Vice President and National Sales Director for BISYS Investment Services where he worked exclusively with institutional cash investors. Mr. Baldry has also held various service and account management positions with other organizations, including operations specialist at Kidder, Peabody & Company. He has worked and lived in many major U.S. financial centers including Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco representing over 500 corporations and their cash investment needs.
Mr. Baldry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and is an active member of the Association of Financial Professionals and the Treasury Management Association of New England. He resides in Cohasset, MA with his wife and two sons, and in his free time he enjoys golf and tennis.

Jeffrey C. Jellison, Managing Member, CEO North America
A co-founder of ICD, Mr. Jellison was the first on board in April 2003. He is responsible for Sales and relationship management in the Southwest and Southern California focusing on large institutions with short term cash needs.
Mr. Jellison has spent the past 10 years providing short term cash solutions to the institutional marketplace, primarily corporate cash. Prior to ICD, Mr. Jellison was head of Capital Market sales with JP Morgan and Company. In this role, Mr. Jellison worked with many of the largest banks in the country promoting JP Morgan products and services. Before joining JP Morgan, Mr. Jellison spent nearly five years with a successful financial start-up, Mid Atlantic Institutional Shares. He was a partner at Mid Atlantic (recently acquired by Sungard) and helped form the money fund distribution strategy that led to over $10 billion in assets. Mr. Jellison began his career in finance in 1993 with Concord Financial. Concord went public in 1994 and was later purchased by BISYS Investment services, where Mr. Jellison helped set up the first multiple distribution strategy.
In his spare time Mr. Jellison enjoys playing golf, beach volleyball and spending time with his family. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and is active with the Association of Finance Professionals. Mr. Jellison resides with his wife and three children in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Thomas P. Newton, Managing Member - Chairman
Mr. Newton co-founded ICD after working at Deutsche Asset Management, where he served as head of sales and relationship management for the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.
Mr. Newton developed over $5 billion in assets at Scudder Investments' Institutional Cash Product group prior to its acquisition by Deutsche Bank. He brings over 14 years of financial expertise to ICD, particularly extensive experience in institutional mutual fund and separate account management sales. Mr. Newton has also held senior executive sales positions at Mitchell Hutchins Investors, Mid Atlantic, Cantor Fitzgerald, BISYS Fund Services, and Concord Financial Group.
Mr. Newton holds his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University and resides in the San Francisco bay area. He is a Series 24 licensed principal and is active in the San Francisco Treasury Management Association and the Association of Finance Professionals. Mr. Newton is an avid golfer who enjoys spending free time with his family.

Mason J. Martin, Senior Vice President/Operations - CCO
Mr. Martin joined ICD in April of 2003. Prior to joining, he managed the money fund trade desk at Zurich Scudder Investments in Chicago and assisted in a sales effort generating over $10 Billion in assets. He was with Zurich Scudder from December of 1995 to October 2002, where he held various sales and client services positions. Mr. Martin carries Series 7, 24, and 53 securities licences.
Mr. Martin received his BA in Political Science and Speech Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a minor in Finance. In his spare time, Mason enjoys staying active including volleyball, softball, tennis and is an advanced scuba diver. While in Chicago, he volunteered at a homeless shelter food program.

Thomas Knight, Senior Vice President of Business Development/ Treasurer
Mr. Knight has over 18 years of corporate treasury management experience, joining ICD in August 2006 from Credence Systems Corporation, where he served as vice president and treasurer. In that capacity, he was responsible for worldwide treasury and travel functions and oversaw operations of the Credence Capital Corporation, the financing arm of the firm. Prior to Credence, he was treasurer at BEA Systems, Inc., where he managed global assets of over $1.5 billion. Mr. Knight has also held the treasurer position at E-Loan, Inc. and SiteSmith, Inc., a privately held technology start-up. Prior to those roles, Mr. Knight was the assistant treasurer at PeopleSoft, where he was the business leader for the PeopleSoft Treasury Product Strategy and Development teams in addition to his traditional treasury role. He has also held various treasury roles at the Swig Co., Charles Schwab and Chevron.
Mr. Knight holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He also holds a permanent cash manager certification from the Association of Financial Professionals and has been a member of Tech 20 treasurer’s group, comprised of treasurers from the largest U.S.-based global technology companies.
Mr. Knight and his wife Michele reside in San Ramon, CA, where they spend most of their time with two sons and four daughters. In his spare time, Mr. Knight enjoys playing beach volleyball, basketball and golf.
Scott Fox, Vice President
Mr. Fox joined ICD in September of 2008as Senior Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for treasury liquidity needs in the Midwest and the Southeast. Prior to joining he was Director of Institutional Money Fund Sales for Janus Capital Management. In this role, Mr. Fox worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and many large banks providing solutions to their short term investment needs.
Mr. Fox has a background in the fixed income markets, having held the position of VP of Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Legg Mason and Jefferies and Company. He was also SVP of Institutional Fixed Income and Head Fixed Income Trader at Carolina Capital Markets, a sell-side fixed income firm specializing in high yield corporate bonds, structured products and mortgage backed securities. Mr. Fox has successfully advised large corporations, insurance companies and top-tier money managers on their fixed income portfolios.
Scott received a Bachelor of Arts degree in corporate finance from Auburn University and has over 15 years of industry experience. Mr. Fox resides in Denver, CO with his wife and two children, and in his free time enjoys fly fishing, golf and is an avid snowboarder.

Hal Johnson, Vice President
Mr. Johnson joined ICD in October of 2009 as Director, Business Development. He is responsible for sales and client relationship management on the Eastern Seaboard.
Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in serving the short-term fixed income investment needs of large institutional clients. For the past 12 years Mr. Johnson helped build and manage a West Coast investment boutique that catered to the investment needs of large corporations. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson managed corporate institutional sales teams for the asset management divisions of both Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.
Hal received his BA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He and his wife reside in Mill Valley, CA and Telluride, CO with their two daughters. In his free time, Hal enjoys spending time with family, racing his bicycle, skiing and running the annual Dipsea race.

Jim Etten, Vice President
Mr. Etten joined ICD in March 2010 as Director, Business Development. He is responsible for sales and client relationship management across Canada and also to select Financial Institutions.
Mr. Etten brings over 12 years of experience in the asset management, banking and software industries, with specific knowledge and successes in the distribution of fixed income and cash related products. Recently, Jim worked in the software industry, where he was responsible for the sales development of complex software trading systems for banks and financial institutions.
Mr. Etten's experience further includes 8 years at Bank of America in Chicago, where he had sales responsibilities for international markets and for Financial Institutions; these included Prime Brokers, FCM's and Exchanges. Prior to the asset management and software business, Mr. Etten served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
Jim received his BA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He lives with his wife and three children in Denver, Colorado and enjoys spending time with his family skiing, camping and traveling abroad.

Craig Stevens, Vice President
Mr. Stevens joined ICD in February 2010 as Director, Business Development. He is responsible for sales and client relationship management in the Midwest and Texas. Mr. Stevens has over 20 years of experience representing a multitude of corporations, public entities, and financial institutions and their cash investment needs.
Prior to joining ICD, Mr. Stevens served as Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income for American Beacon Advisors, Inc. from June 2002 until December 2009; his primary responsibilities included new business development and client relations for the Midwest, Southeast, South, and West regions. Prior to joining American Beacon in 2002, Mr. Stevens was employed with Deutsche/Scudder Investments, where he served as Vice President of Wholesale and Institutional Fixed Income Sales from 1995-2002.
Mr. Stevens is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Criminal Justice and minors in History, Sociology and Political Science. Mr. Stevens holds his 6, 63, and 7 licenses, and is an active member of the Association of Financial Professionals and the Treasury Management Associations of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Chicago.
A native Chicagoan, Craig currently resides in Plano, Texas with his son, and in his free time enjoys tennis, softball, and coaching his son's baseball team.

Sebastian Ramos, Vice President of Trading Operations
Sebastian joined ICD in October of 2006 and supervises the trade desk. He was most recently at Columbia Management, where he was a senior analyst and responsible for supervising the NSCC trade desk. Prior to joining Columbia, Mr. Ramos was an associate at SG Cowen in equity operations.
Mr. Ramos earned his BA in Political Science at Vanderbilt University and carries a Series 7 license. His hobbies include skiing, reading, music, cooking and politics. Sebastian is located in our San Francisco office.

Jessica Fischer, Sales Associate
Jessica Fischer joined ICD in May of 2008 and provides sales support to Tom Newton. She was most recently at Merriman Curhan Ford, where she was responsible for nondeal and deal marketing in Capital Markets.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in Mass Communications and is also Series 6 certified. She enjoys working out, reading, and traveling.

Ashley Barnhart, Sales Support/Internal Marketing
Ashley Barnhart joined ICD in March of 2009 and is in charge of marketing and sales support. Prior to ICD, Ashley worked for Layton Belling & Associates, where she handled marketing and event planning.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of San Francisco in Political Science and English. Ashley works in our San Francisco office.

Jason Owen, Inside Sales/Associate Trader
Jason Owen is an Associate of the ICD Trading Desk. Prior to joining ICD, Mr. Owen was an associate with ThomasLloyd Capital, LLC; the investment banking arm of the Zurich-based ThomasLloyd Group. Prior to ThomasLloyd, Mr. Owen served as a Financial Staffing Manager at Robert Half International Inc. Previously, he was a member of the Corporate and Venture Services Group at Merriman Curhan Ford & Company.
Jason enjoys playing and watching basketball, skiing powder, and going to the beach (when San Francisco affords the rare opportunity). Mr. Owen has a B.A. in Global and International Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and is both Series 7 and Series 63 certified.

Maggie Gryko, Associate
Maggie Gryko joined ICD in March of 2010 and is an Associate of the San Francisco Trading Desk. Before joining ICD, Maggie worked as a Client Operations Associate and then a Trading Operations Associate for Fisher Investments, a money management firm serving institutional and individual investors.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, going to the beach and traveling.

Dominique Asnault, Executive Assistant
Dominique Asnault joined ICD in January 2010 and provides sales support to Ed Baldry. Prior to joining, she was an Exhibition Coordinator at Loyola Hall Galleries, where she was responsible for directing and organizing group exhibition of Studio Art Courses at Fairfield University.
Dominique earned her Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in Studio Art and Art History. She enjoys running, cooking, and traveling in her free time.

John Bennie, Senior Director of EU Business
Mr. John Bennie joined ICD in December 2005. He is responsible for Sales and Relationship Management of institutional money fund clients in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Bennie joined ICD from Standard Life Investments, where he was Investment Director of Money Market Funds. John joined Standard Life Investments in 1998 as a Fund Manager managing short-term liquidity funds; he moved internally in 2000 to launch the Standard Life Investment Liquidity Funds. Prior to Standard Life Investments, John worked at Citibank and held Corporate Development positions with Hyatt Hotels and Nitto World.
Mr. Bennie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Edinburgh University. He resides in London with his wife and daughter, and in his free time he enjoys golf and rugby.

Kevin Thompson, Director of EU Business Development
Mr. Thompson has been actively involved within the global money markets for over 30 years; the last ten of which have been entirely focused on Money Market Funds. In 2007, after helping to establish the Standard Life Investments Global Liquidity Fund range, Kevin became the managing Director of Fidelity International's cash management business. Kevin's expertise covers all aspects of fund management, sales, distribution and administration. He is married with three daughters and is a keen golfer and cyclist.

Magdalena Macdonald, Director of EU Operations
Magdalena Macdonald joined ICD in April 2006 and manages European Trading. Prior to ICD, Magdalena was a Quality Management System Specialist for a government organisation in Bogatynia, Poland.
Magda graduated with an Honours Degree in Management and Production Engineering. Magdalena also has passed her CISI Level 1 - FSA Financial Regulations exam. In her freetime, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, and cooking. Magda is located in our London office.

James Greenway, Senior Associate Trader
James Greenway joined ICD in August 2008 and is responsible for trading. Prior to ICD, James has worked in retail, hospitality and with a non-profit organisation.
Mr. Greenway holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Policy from Nottingham University, and has passed his CISI Level 1 - FSA Financial Regulations, CISI Level 2 - Securities, and has his CISI Level 3 Certifcate in Investments. He is registered and regulated by the FSA. In his time off, he enjoys going to the gym, playing the piano, football (soccer) and badminton. James is located in our London office.

Jim Kimber, Associate Trader
Jim Kimber joined ICD in January 2009. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Exeter University, and has passed his CISI Level 1 - FSA Financial Regulations exam.
In his spare time, Jim plays both Cricket and Rugby. He enjoys all sports, whether it is playing or just watching. He is also a keen skier and enjoys films and music. Jim is located in our London office.

Hayley Fussell, Associate Trader
Hayley Fussell joined ICD in March 2010 and assists the London trade team with their day-to-day duties. Prior to joining ICD, Hayley worked on the sales team for a large events company, where she helped coordinate high profile engagements such as Wimbledon, the Brit Awards and London Fashion Week.
Ms. Fussell holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Royal Holloway, University of London. In her free time, she enjoys going to the theatre, performing in an amateur operatic society and socialising with friends. Hayley is located in our London office.
