ICD Direct makes enhanced money fund products available to corporate treasury offices. These products are managed to outperform 2a-7 regulated money funds over time:

Clients may utilize multiple enhanced investments with one phone call while wiring the money directly to the fund companies they have chosen. This model satisfies direct relationship requirements by:

Directly registering the client at the fund(s) with ICD as Introducing Broker.
Maintaining the direct relationship money transfer process; the client wires directly to the funds & receives proceeds directly from the funds.
Maintaining the direct relationship by receiving monthly statement(s) from the respective vender.
